St. Teresa's Egg Cup
Little Soul series found object "mosaic." The original Infant of Prague statue was thrown behind an altar during the Thirty Years War and its hands were broken off. The statue was supposedly at one time owned by St. Teresa of Avila. I like the idea of St. Teresa being nourished by Jesus as her "host" and breakfasting on the Lord. Both the egg cup and statue are broken, as are we all. Includes: egg cup, Infant of Prague statue hand, shells, buttons, beads, stones, glass
